I had a wonderful experience at bluebird storage! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Pricing was great and transparent with no hidden fees. I highly recommend this storage place to anyone in need of extra space

I arranged a storage locker at Bluebird under difficult and emotional circumstances. The manager i dealt with (Tracie) was exceptional at finding a suitable storage solution, and helping to take some of the stress away. While i appreciate the excellent business and customer service I have experienced, I am even more grateful for the kindness and compassion Tracie shared with me. Thank you for making a challenging time a bit easier.

Tracy and LA always the best customer service. I always get free coffee free pencils and free candy. Bathrooms are always clean very comfortable you will not be disappointed. highly recommend storing your goods in this location.

I cannot say enough good things about Bluebird chestemere and how wonderful Tracey is going above and beyond! My truck died at 2 am and she drove all the way to boost it while providing complementary hot chocolate! It is well worth the drive and would recommend to anyone looking for storage!!

Tracy at Rainbow, consistently went above and beyond her duties. In advertently, I had overpaid my storage fees. There was some kind of glitch at head office in terms of a refund, Tracy stayed in radio contact with me for the number of weeks required to get my refund back into my account. She was affable, Patient and professional. Took a couple of months but was eventually rectified thanks to Tracy. The only drawback? Now i'm not going to get to enjoy phone calls and chats with the friendly and courteous Tracy.
